Charles Otieno is the Caretaker
of ICRAF house Kisumu.
Before joining ICRAF he worked
for a number of bodies. Between
1989-1995 he worked for OPISS
Security (MODERN) as a senior
Sergeant. 1995-1996 he worked
for plan International as a
general worker. In the year
1996-1999 he worked for ALDS
project. .
