Idah Ogoso

Human Resources Manager

Idah joined the World Agroforestry Centre in 2009. She manages human resources for both headquarters and outreach/regions, including developing, reviewing and implementing human resource policies. Idah provides guidance to senior leadership and line managers in relation to human resources best practices and the Centre’s overall strategy in support of its core values. She has more than 16 years experience in Human Resources. Previously Idah worked for the Foundation for International Community Assistance in Uganda and for Price Waterhouse Coopers. She has an MBA from Makerere University, Kampala and is a member of the Human Resources Association of Uganda
