The Mission of the African Humid Tropics Agroforestry Programme is that of significantly increasing, diversifying and stabilising income, food and health strategies of rural households and extended families to ensure that women, youths and the other vulnerable groups benefit disproportionately by practicing agroforestry approaches in general and in particular, through the use and marketing of indigenous trees and or their products.
