“Enhancing public-private partnership towards the institutionalization of agroforestry as a development strategy in the Philippines”

Objectives:
a) to share experiences and recent developments in agroforestry education, research and  technology development, and extension services/approaches
b) to ventilate the issues and concerns confronting agroforestry development and promotion in various sectors and levels
c) to strengthen public-private partnerships for a more effective agroforestry development and promotion
d) to formulate policy recommendations towards institutionalizing agroforestry as a development strategy in the Philippines.

Abstract Submission

The organizers are inviting interested individuals to participate in the oral and poster paper presentation. The abstracts should focus in any of the following sub-themes:

a) Promoting agroforestry education for sustainable development;
b) Enhancing collaborative agroforestry research and development programs;
c) Innovative agroforestry extension models and approaches; and
d) Relevant policies in agroforestry development and promotion.
