This Reference contains information from the programs during the Event held between the 22nd to the 27th of January, 2007 in Lombok, Indonesia.
The Event brought together more than 150 participants from 16 countries. The participant list can be downloaded here (PDF format).
The information on this Reference is accessible via the menu on the right. All presentations made at the programs (both orally and through poster) are available as well as the abstracts and full papers (where available).
