Josephine manages the Climate Change science domain at ICRAF. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science with a minor in Mathematics from the University of Oklahoma, a Master’s degree in Business Management from California State University, a Project Management diploma from Stanford University and a Masters of Arts degree in International Affairs from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy.

Her expertise is in project management and delivering large institutional and international projects with emphasis on project cycle and financial management and has experience from the private sector having worked with major multinational technology and consulting firms such as Hewlett-Packard, Google, Symantec and Deloitte. She is driven by a desire to see academically gifted yet financially constrained girls enjoying such chances that they normally only dream of and is a mentor at Akili Dada, an International NGO geared at empowering women from all socio-economic backgrounds to be future leaders..
