Dr. Lasco is a senior scientist, serving as the Country Coordinator for ICRAF-Philippines. He is responsible for taking leadership in assuring the quality, integration, planning, and implementation of ICRAF activities in the Philippines. He likewise conducts research on climate change and natural resources management. Dr. Lasco holds a PhD degree on Forestry in Silviculture and Environmental Management from the University of the Philippines.
