CONGRESS REGISTRATION INFORMATION
The Registration for the Congress is now OPEN, kindly register in our website. Please note that all persons intending to attend the Congress must register. The Registration Fee allows you to attend all sessions of the Congress and entitles you to Congress materials. It includes transport from the hotel to the venue of the Congress in Nairobi. It will also include light lunches and mid-morning and afternoon non-alcoholic beverages from 24-28th August. You are cordially invited to a welcome reception on the 24th of August 2009 (More details about this will provided in your Congress pack).

CONGRESS VENUE
The World Congress of Agroforestry 2009 will take place in Nairobi and will be hosted by the United Nations Environmental Program and the World Agroforestry Centre (ICRAF)
ACCOMODATION PAYMENTS
The WCA Local Organizing Committee has been able to renegotiate some of the hotel rates. If you have pre-registered and paid a higher accommodation fee you will be refunded the difference between the rate when you arrive and register for the Congress. Thank you very much
FIELD TRIP INFORMATION
The Organizing Committee has assembled a potential programme for field trips. Congress attendees will have the opportunity to participate in any field trip on the 28th of August at an extra cost. Select your preferred field trip in the online Registration Form.
