Graduate seminars provide a platform for students to:
- Share ideas and learn about the work of other graduate students and ICRAF scientists
- Enhance their visibility within the Centre
- Facilitate strategic links between research scientists and students
- Optimize and develop opportunities for capacity enhancement and career development.
Graduate seminars are held at ICRAF Headquarters, every 3-4 months, for students undertaking research. MSc, MA and PhD students who have completed their research, or whose work is still in progress, make presentations in order to obtain feedback from their peers and advice from senior scientists. Students present their theses, draft papers and research articles.
