Landslide is soil erosion that can cause natural disasters to humans and declining of soil chemical properties, soil biology and physics. The low nutrient content, organic matter, microorganisms population, infiltration capacity and increased density and soil penetration resistance is a characteristic of post landslides are. This causes inhibition of plant growth so that rehabilitation efforts in the area difficult. Appropriate technology required to support the successful rehabilitation of post landslides area. Potential use of soil microbes such as arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF) and the use of organic materials in the form of potted seedling media as a growing medium in the nursery in order to obtain quality seeds and have high vitality in the field. Agroforestry cropping pattern also applied as well as the increasing success of the rehabilitation of the post landslides area, is also expected to provide benefits to the surrounding community especially when applied to the optimization of land use on soil erosion affected community. The research aims to evaluate the effectiveness of applications FMA and pot media seedlings to plant growth in the post landslide area. The study was conducted in 2011-2012. The treatments applied are the seedling grown in potting media and inoculated by AMF species of Acaulospora sp, Gigaspora sp., Glomus sp , A mixture of all three types of the AMF ( Mix ) and without AMF inoculation (control). Species of test plant testing are sengon butoh (Enterolobium cylocarpum) and lamtoro (Leucena leucochephala). The experimental design used was Randomized Complete Design bolck. Agroforestry cropping pattern is applied is silvopasture which is the sengon butoh as a main plant (forest types) and lamtoro as alley crop for animal feed. Observations were made on plant growth (height and diameter, the survival rate and the level of AMF colonization every 3 months. Results showed media applications of FMA and media pot of seedlings on post landslide area in spoilbank Parangloe improve plant growth of lamtoro and sengon butoh. Plant growth responses lamtoro best at age 3, 6 and 9 months in the field shown by plants inoculated AMF species Glomus sp. Plant growth responses sengon best butoh at the age of 3, 6 and 9 months in the field indicated by Acaulospora sp
